Profit4.biz: design, corporate identity and website development for a cloud IT service Profit4.biz is a cloud service for remote collaboration of employees of any company. It includes a dedicated disk on a remote server, processor power, RAM and pre-installed software. The service includes technical support and additional security systems for users. We got involved in the work at the concept development stage, and started with the development of a logo, and ended with the connection of payment systems automation.

What tools did you use

The page script, contracts and all the necessary regulations were made in Confluence. The logo and design were drawn in Figma, some of the work fell on my favorite Excel, as always html/css/js and some php, Bitrix24 and api Tinkoff.

The company approached us with a ready-made concept for their own brand, and we needed to formalize it from a design point of view. As corporate colors, my colleagues and I chose blue as the main one, and blue and yellow as additional ones.
based on the redesigned font Proxima Nova. The logo was designed for digital media, but it is also successful in printing.

Worked out scripts of custom behavior

The page contains a rather complex script for registering and creating a personal account for the end user. The cloud desktop is created automatically, our team was tasked with reducing the number of non-automatic actions on the site side and making the registration process intuitive.
The automation script includes:

checking the contact details of the phone and mail;
creating an entry on the side of the crm system;
automatic connection of a bank card with subsequent automatic deduction of monthly payments.

At each stage, the user receives hints and information about errors.

Profit4.biz Unique Selling Proposition: Security when working with remote servers. The company offers a secure connection, anonymous hosting, and a high degree of information storage reliability.
When developing the page script, we identified several user roles and worked through the pain Each of them. The page is aimed at entrepreneurs, but the text takes into account the pains of employees who can choose a solution for their company.

Developed user agreement and privacy policy

Our lawyers studied the Profit4.biz business processes and developed the documentation necessary for the service. Since the service registers the user and then works automatically, there are increased requirements for documents: both from the side of the bank that accepts and processes payments, and from the point of view of possible claims and arbitration work.
The user agreement provided for everything for the smooth operation of the company.

The site design used the Montserrat font and a large number of vector graphics. Some of the vectors were manually repainted in corporate colors - Figma did a great job with this task.
Choose a light background and a small amount of gray accents.In the center of the page, we created a vector diagram in an isometric view that shows how the service works.

Integration: sms and Bitrix24

We have connected a special solution that generates a verification code and sends it to a phone number, and also, to save money, set a mandatory interval before sending a repeat message - 60 seconds.

After checking the contact details, the site automatically creates a new Lead in the Bitrix24 system from the form data entered by the user, transfers the contact details and username there. All data goes directly to the required fields of the card contact in Bitrix24, and are available for further automatic processing.

Set up recurrent payments through the billing of Tinkoff bank

The service offers 7 days of free use, but to get access to the desktop, the user must enter the correct card details. On the side of the Tinkoff bank, the card is verified, after which the bank sends us a confirmation. Then a record is created in the database, on on the basis of which monthly funds are debited from the connected card.
