Tourism tax

A mandatory tourism tax per person per day will be added upon check-out. Children under the age of 14 are tax exempt.

Transit Permit:

Book the Transit Permit for your car!

Please be aware that our Hotel is located in a preservation area (Natural Park “Sciliar”, UNESCO World Heritage Site). A Transit Permit is required for your car. You can receive your transit permit filling in this form: Click this link .

When you get your Transit Permit by email, print it and place it under the wind shield of your car.

Alternatively, you can get you Transit Permit at the Office of the Park Rangers in St.Valentin by presenting this booking form (the office is located in the small wooden hut on the right-hand side before the roundabout). Before 9 a.m. and after 5 p.m. the Office of Park Rangers does not work, in this case you can go without the Transit Permit but you have to ask for it at the Reception upon arrival.

Winter season Parking:

During the winter season, Paradiso Pure. Living is not reachable by car. We provide free of charge parking in Compatsch and Transfer to the Hotel. Winter transfer time: starting from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2.30 p.m. until 7.30 p.m. we will pick you up at the parking lot of Compatsch with our snow vehicles and bring you up to the Hotel. Due to safety issues, night transfer after 7.30 p.m. can't be provided.

Summer season Parking:

During summer period, we provide parking places at the territory of the Hotel: 17 Jochstrasse, 39040 Seiser Alm.

Ski equipment / Ski pass:

Rent ski equipment before the transfer!

Please rent your ski equipment BEFORE the transfer to the Hotel.

As a valued guest of Paradiso Pure.Living, you will receive 15% discount on the whole ski equipment at K&K ski rentals. For more information please check the K&K website: Click this link

Pay attention to our policies!

Cancellation policy:

For earlier departures or later arrivals, the hotel will charge the whole amount. For cancellation up to 14 days before scheduled arrival the hotel will only retain the deposit. For later cancellations or “no show” 75% of the entire amount of the reservation will be charged.
