NP Group management company - professionals in the commercial real estate market. The company manages Mandarin, Novye Khimki and Novy shopping centers: district shopping centers in Moscow and the Moscow region. The task was interesting: to make a website for visitors and for business, with an offer to rent free space.

What tools did you use
The design and schemes of the shopping center were drawn in Figma, printing was made up in Adobe Illustrator. Google services were used for texts and design: Docs and SpreadShits. The project was implemented on Bitrix, the front-end uses the Jquery library. Of course, HTML / CSS.

Created a structure and made a prototype
We set a goal to show only necessary information to visitors: opening hours, key tenants.
We made a dynamic block with news: it is convenient to show marketing activities of shopping center tenants in it.
Presentation
We made presentations
We made shopping center presentations for development department employees. The presentations are minimalistic in content: the focus is on the information necessary for the reader, there is nothing superfluous. The presentations list the features of each shopping center in the form infographics, as well as their characteristics: the flow of visitors, rentable and total area of the shopping center, their location.

The mobile version of the site was deeply worked out in the layout, since most visitors use mobile devices. Special attention was paid to the scheme of shopping centers: zoom control using gestures works in the block with the scheme.
Navigated the page: the top menu is tied to anchors in the layout. This menu makes it easy to navigate between vertical blocks.
The layout turned out to be fast and responsive: before installation metric counter page load speed was 0.92 seconds.

Draw design layouts for shopping center websites
The first screen slider was designed for each mall. Together with the company management, we selected the key visualization and described the commercial features of each mall for visitors.
We chose our own color scheme for each site:
«Mandarin» Shopping Center – orange, shopping center «New Khimki» - red, shopping center «New» - blue. The color was not chosen by chance: these colors were used in the design of the facades of buildings.
Connected the Bitrix administration panel
Multisite was used when connecting: any of the 3 projects can be managed in the admin panel. Elements created in the admin panel can be easily copied: this saves time for publishing the same content.
All elements are also included in the form of Bitrix include areas: The administrator can change them from the public part of the resource. Sometimes it is more convenient than working through the Bitrix Administration Panel.
We made an interactive shopping center map
On each site, a map of the shopping center is available to users. On it, you can find shops and services located in the shopping center; by clicking, you can access information about the opening hours and promotions valid for the tenant.
The map is linked to the list of tenants: when clicking on the «Show on map» button, the user is taken to the map, where the store of interest is highlighted.
Shopping center plans already created for presentations were used for the websites.We believe that we have received a universal tool that is suitable for use in any promotional products.

In total, we have developed more than 150 layouts: not only for the administration of shopping centers, but also for tenants, including many small companies and individual entrepreneurs.
